The short version. CreatorFlo stores the content you create — your ideas, scripts, saved inspiration and schedule — so that it is there when you sign in on another device. We do not sell your data, we do not use it to train anything, and we do not share it with advertisers.
CreatorFlo keeps a copy of your workspace in your browser so it stays fast, and syncs it to our hosted database so you can reach it from another device and not lose it if your browser data is cleared. That workspace includes:
We use Supabase as our database and authentication provider. Your workspace is stored on their infrastructure under their security controls and privacy terms.
When you visit getcreatorflo.io, standard web server logs record technical details such as your IP address, browser type, and which pages you requested. Our hosting provider keeps these for security and troubleshooting.
We also use the Meta pixel on this website. It is a small piece of code from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) that tells us how many people visited or bought after seeing one of our ads, and lets us show ads to people who visited but did not buy. It sets cookies in your browser and shares limited event data with Meta. You can control this through your Meta ad preferences, your browser’s cookie settings, or a tracking blocker.
Payments are processed by Stripe. You provide your email address and payment details directly to Stripe — we never see or store your card number. From Stripe we receive your email address, name (if given), the amount paid, and a transaction reference, which we use to deliver your purchase, provide support, and meet tax and accounting obligations. Stripe processes this under its own policy at stripe.com/privacy.
If you write to support@creatorflo.io, we keep that correspondence so we can help you and refer back to it if you write again. We do not add you to a marketing list without your agreement, and we never sell your details.
Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Support email is kept while it is useful for helping you. Server logs follow our host’s standard retention.
You can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to processing or receive a copy in portable form. Email support@creatorflo.io and we will respond. We cannot delete records we are legally required to keep, such as proof of a sale.
CreatorFlo is a professional tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new date. Material changes affecting existing customers will be emailed where we reasonably can.
